Deanna Slamans is a Faith-Based Leadership & Character Development Speaker with more than 25 years of experience in ministry, education, and leadership development.

She speaks at women's conferences, Christian schools, churches, leadership events, and training environments focused on character, resilience, and practical leadership.

Over the years, she has been invited to speak in workshops and keynotes at events such as The Becoming Conference, THRIVE Women's Conference, Real Mom Conference, SHE LEADS, Milton Hershey School leadership events, the PAIS Conference, CORE Residential Education Conference, Amazon Seller Tribe Summit, HERCO leadership trainings, and The Harvest Show on LeSea Broadcasting Network.

Deanna is the author of The Compass Project, a whole-child character and leadership curriculum developed at the Milton Hershey School and recognized by Character.org as a National Promising Practice. This work reflects her focus on helping young people build strong foundations in character, leadership habits, and emotional resilience.
